Rotomoulding.co.uk are a subsidiary of Trifibre Ltd. Trifibre Containers, as it was then known was established in 1981 originally as a partnership between David Bisiker and Nigel Cox. Trifibre began making fabricated fibreboard boxes out of a small factory on Glenbarr Avenue in Leicester. Since then Trifibre Ltd has developed and progressed into a highly respected, innovative casing solutions designer, manufacturer and rotational moulding supplier to many industry sectors.

Trifibre Ltd began designing rotomolded products 35 years ago, originally buying tooling and outsourcing the rotational moulding process to another UK Rotomoulder. As Trifibre’s range of rotational moulded products grew with demand, we found it increasingly difficult to ensure consistently reliable outsourced supply. As a result, Trifibre acquired its first in-house rotational molding machine in 2005 to take control of its own supply. Given Trifibre’s manufacturing and assembly background in service lead industries including medical, exhibitions and emergency services, we identified a niche for service-driven OEM Rotational Moulding manufacture in the UK and Rotomoulding.co.uk was born!

Since then and now based in a 70,000+ sq ft facility, our machinery and capacity for rotational mouldings has grown tremendously. This includes a 2 arm 3.5m shuttle rotational molding machine and our newest machine, a 3 or 4 arm 4.5m carousel rotomolding machine.
