Trifibre’s team of designers worked closely with the client to refine their concept for a bike box that would be sturdy enough to protect expensive professional bicycles during international travel, while also being easily transportable.

After going through the stages of design, tooling, and prototyping, it was an exhilarating moment to witness the realization of our client’s vision in the form of a durable and functional product. The bike box design incorporates carefully positioned aesthetically pleasing lines, which not only enhance its strength but also reduce its weight. Additionally, the design includes built-in handles and wheel housings for added convenience.
