Trifibre accepted the task of rotational moulding swimsuit dryers for a UK supplier to leisure centres and public swimming baths. This was a difficult challenge due to the intricate mould and fixings needed for the finished product. Despite this, Trifibre provided the customer with the quality supply they were looking for. Alongside this, Trifibre worked with the company to improve the design of the end product and created new tooling to make the unit more efficient and feasible for long-term manufacture. As a result, Trifibre is now a long-term OEM rotationally moulded swimsuit dryer supplier for the customer.

Trifibre uses Solidworks 3D CAD software to design and develop product and tooling ideas for our own products as well as OEM supply of our customer’s products.
